Your videos are yours. Here is exactly what happens to your data, in plain English.
Uploaded videos are sent directly to Google's Gemini AI to be analyzed, then permanently deleted right after, every single time, no exceptions. Nothing sits on our servers, even temporarily.
A photo you attach for matching is processed in memory and sent inline with your request. It's never uploaded, written to disk, or stored anywhere by us or by Google.
We store your email, account tier, daily usage counts, running totals of how many analyses you have run and how much video they covered, and a random device identifier (explained below) used to keep the free daily limit fair. That's it. Nothing about what you searched for, what videos you used, or your results is ever saved.
Sign-in is handled entirely by Supabase Auth using industry-standard hashing. We can't view, export, or recover your raw password. Nobody can.
Every request between your browser, our servers, and our providers travels over HTTPS/TLS. Nothing about your account or activity is ever sent in the clear.
Full stop. Your information is never sold, rented, or handed to advertisers. Gemini AI only processes your video and query to generate your analysis. It's a processing step, not a data-sharing relationship.
To stop one person from using the free plan through dozens of accounts, we set one small cookie in your browser and compute a one-way hash of a few browser and hardware settings. We use them only to limit free use to 10 analyses per day on one device. They are never used for advertising and never sold or shared. Pro users are not limited this way.
